New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, Attorney General’s Office
InfoShare serves over 700 users in the criminal investigation units of the Division, handling all matters from case initiation, investigation, reporting, tracking Grand Jury and Trial activities and Appeals. The document management component permits the scanning and electronic storage of documents, and our Promis/Gavel interface feature provides an automated update of post indictment trial events to the case management system. This system permits all staff members to update information to their assigned cases and produces case status reports for management.

New Jersey State Police
Almost 2000 State Police personnel, Intel Officers and some local police officers utilize CSI’s Fusion Center Management Tool, the iLog. This module, built upon the InfoShare base application, is designed for the Statewide or Regional Fusion Center for times of crisis as well as daily use, with user interfaces for quick entry and large volumes of data.

NJ State Commission of Investigations
InfoShare provides the Commission with a customized, integrated Case and Document Management System to collect Investigation, Intelligence and Litigation information, and all Administrative support information, including evidence inventory. InfoShare schedules hearings, interviews and subpoenas, manages case information and provides the Commission with an extensive Document Management solution.

NJ Office of Attorney Ethics
InfoShare’s Attorney Registration application registers all attorneys in the state and maintains records of complaints and disciplinary hearings. The system includes Random Audit, Ethics, Human Resources, Fee Arbitration and Document Management capabilities, and will soon include an interface with the NJ Supreme Court.

NJ Disciplinary Review Board
InfoShare’s Case and Document Management System is customized to accommodate the workflow of the DRB, which hears and adjudicates cases of attorney misconduct in New Jersey. This application will soon include an interface with the NJ Supreme Court.

New Jersey Supreme Court
CSI’s Court Case and Document Management System/e-filing, providing case and document management features for all docket types. All court functionality is provided, from Intake (through paper or electronic filing of cases), to scheduling, fee processing and disposition. Complexities involved with calendaring, disqualification of judges, opinion handling, sealing and expungement and transcript processing are all accommodated. The eFiling solution provides private attorney, public defenders, and pro se filers to submit their case electronically.

New Jersey Appellate Court
As with the NJ Supreme Court, CSI’s complete InfoShare Court Case and Document management system, with customization specifically for the workflow of the Appellate Court.

New Jersey Office of Homeland Security
NJOHS utilizes InfoShare to track Investigations and Intelligence information and support the investigative work of the NJOHS, providing data to the New Jersey Suspicious Activity Reporting System (NJSARS) and the New Jersey Intelligence System (NJIS).

NJ Department of Corrections
The NJDOC uses InfoShare’s Case Management System to provide a seamless workflow from Intake through supervisor approval. Digital signatures on the Intake reports and the ability to save them to the case folder make this a truly paperless reporting process.

NJ Department of Banking and Insurance
The NJ Department of Banking & Insurance has deployed a custom designed Civil Case Management Module in the Bureau of Fraud Deterrence. The module includes a referral system of alleged insurance fraud instances received at the NJ Attorney General's Office with the transmission of documentation to open an investigation case by the Bureau of Fraud Deterrence. Investigation activities and correspondence with related parties are included in the case file in order to reach a determination on allegations and potential settlement activity. Up to 100 investigators and supervisory staff utilize the module on a daily basis. The module generates reports on case activity and results.

NJ Board of Public Utilities
InfoShare’s Case Management System has been customized to handle the BPU’s mission of mandating, monitoring and regulating safe, adequate and proper utility services for NJ consumers. CSI’s solution provides case management, workflow and approvals, calendar management, pipeline inspections, rate case management, customer complaint management and Cable-TV regulatory management. (System to be deployed in 2012)
